The fields in this section deal with assessing the availability of Open Access (OA) articles from a scholarly society based on their original publication dates. Please provide the year and volume number of each article's initial publication.

For OA evidence, please choose one of the following options and provide the URL or an image showing the OA policy:
mention of OA in policies, an OA logo on the homepage, or an introduction specifying OA.
If the published article is OA, attach the article file or image;
for OA publication confirmation, include the sample form with the journal's seal or chief editor's signature.

- If the OA status can be confirmed on the homepage, select the homepage option. If the OA status is specified in the published article, select the article option.
- If the OA status can be confirmed on both the homepage and the published article, you can select both options.

For new journals or those planning to switch to OA, please attach a confirmation letter with the journal's official seal or the signature of the editorial board chair.

- If your current agreement with the academic or commercial journal publishing platform has not ended, access to the AccessON journal repository service will be restricted.
- The start date of the scholarly repository service may be adjusted based on the agreement end date.

The DOI landing page refers to the platform where the full text is served when the DOI link is clicked. Please select the platform currently serving the full text (current landing page) and indicate if you wish to change the DOI landing page to the AccessON article repository once the journal repository is created.
